These Terms govern your use of the Social mobile app (the "App"), provided by CytSoftware ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
Your account
You sign in with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure, and for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use & zero tolerance for objectionable content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share, or send content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, violent, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other people. Violating this may result in content removal and account termination.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content to the friends you've mutually added, solely to operate the App. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.
Reporting, blocking & moderation
You can report objectionable content and block abusive users directly in the App. We review reports and act on them — typically within 24 hours — by removing violating content and/or removing the responsible users. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CytSoftware will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and provide notice of material changes in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
